After dreaming of the Côte d’Azur for weeks, I eventually flew to Nice last weekend for a short summer holiday with a friend. We got to swim in a bay with white sailing boats, strolled around la vieille ville de Nice, went to Antibes and Monaco, had tasty food and drank Pastis in beautiful narrow streets.
