In my early teens I used to own a black suede and shearling coat (anybody remember H&M’s brand “Rocky”?), while my preferred boots were black Doc Martens. It seems like fashion history is repeating itself on a personal level, too. 

Above you can see one of my favourite looks of the moment. I feel so comfortable in my new lace up boots (a Zara bargain!) and that H&M shearling jacket (I’m so in love with its oversize egg shape. … I’m afraid I’ll have to ignore my boyfriend’s opinion here. Men don’t seem to understand this look). The colour block jumper is by Hush – I’ve featured all of the named pieces before here –, the jeans are old Baxters by Topshop and the bag is Proenza Schouler.
