Maybe you’re looking for travel inspiration, possibly you have planned a trip to Mallorca, or you simply want to (mentally) escape the rain in Germany … in any case I hope this post will be inspiring and a little useful for you. When I was holidaying on Mallorca a few weeks ago, many of you asked via Instagram if I was going to publish a travel guide. Well, here it is. Unlike my usual trips, I did not actually travel around or do so much this time. It was a wonderfully lazy week of pure relaxation. Together with 11 amazing friends I had rented a finca in a quiet, Eastern part of Mallorca. The closest town was Sant Llorenç, several beautiful beaches were around 20 minutes away by car – and our finca was our private little paradise.
We spent most of the time by the pool, reading, talking, splashing around on our many pool floats, and drinking rosé. Since the temperatures quickly rose to around 30 degrees before noon, we established the habit of an alternating workout in the morning, before the air had heated up: jogging, yoga, hit workouts, aquarobics – it was the exact opposite of a club vacation but it was fun to establish some kind of schedule. Workout, breakfast for 12, time at your own disposal … until rosé time at 5 pm at the “pool bar”.
Last year I explored the Northern part of Mallorca around Deià and recommended a very beautiful place to stay. This time, I can only share some digital postcards and recommend a few beaches we visited.
